Lox & Bagels

I think a good portion of why I wanted to move to New York when I was a kid was cause I heard they had great Lox & Bagels, specifically at Russ & Daughters. It's such a killer combo and so this is my rendition using Ora King salmon that has been smoked, creme fhraise with dill dust & oil, charred pearl onion pedals, petite Tokyo turnips, dressed sweet tomatoes & everything bagel chips. I think it's only missing the capers haha.
